- i wasnt going to post this mainly because i was embarrassed of how i look. But then i started thinking of all the mommy’s that might be stuck in the same boat i was in. It isnt easy especially because postpartum depression can be mentally draining. This takes time, commitment & consistency. This is just the begining of my journey and ive only lost 11-12 pounds but i want to show you what 3 weeks of trying does. I still have 16 pounds to get to my weight goal, but comparing these two videos gives me validation for the work ive been putting in. I weighed 176 in that first video, i am now down to 164! This is no magic pill, waist trainer or tea detox. This is only being in a calorie deficit & walking on incline 30 min everyday!! I still have a week or so to finish my 30 days after that i will continue to incorporate more exercise to my routine. Dont do it because you hate yourself, do it because you love yourself enough to get it done!! SMALL WEIGHT LOSS GOALS DESERVE TO BE CELEBRATED.
